Reviews and Ratings
My experience at this motel was less than ideal. While it has a quirky charm being located on Chocolate Avenue, the management and cleanliness left much to be desired. I encountered issues with room availability, unclean bathrooms, and a general lack of attention to detail. However, the check-in process was smooth, and the location is convenient for visiting nearby attractions.
This hotel has its pros and cons. While the location is very convenient, close to Hershey Park and various attractions, the overall upkeep and service need major improvements. The rooms were somewhat clean but not thoroughly maintained, and the service was lacking, especially with the issues around reservations. With a good price point, I just don't think I'd choose this place again unless I hear they've made some serious upgrades.
My stay at this hotel was certainly a mixed bag. While the staff were friendly and I appreciated their recommendations for meals, the room itself was less than ideal. It had a musty smell, and there were several issues with cleanliness that made for an uncomfortable experience. The area could have been more secure as it lacked proper staff presence at night, which was concerning. Overall, for quick stays, it might suffice, but I wouldn't choose it again for comfort.
I had a somewhat frustrating stay at this hotel. While the location is convenient for accessing nearby attractions, the overall condition of the place was lackluster. The staff was friendly, and the WiFi worked well, but the room was musty and definitely needed better maintenance. It's not the best value for the money, especially during busy summer months in Hershey.
I had a mixed experience at this motel during my recent trip. While the room was clean and comfortable, the outdated exterior and maintenance issues were disappointing. The location is quite convenient for visiting Hershey Park, making it a decent option if you just need a place to crash. However, the service could use some improvement with regards to cleanliness and communication.
